Gerudo Valley

First thing, look on your right and some rocks on the ground. Under one rock you’ll see some insects. Use your bottle to catch one. After, go across the bridge and you’ll find a Cucco. Grab the Cucco and head to the southwest cliff. When you look across to the southwest, look for the small ledge with a box. This is where you’re heading.

When you get to the ledge, throw the Cucco against the wall and try and keep it there. Go to the box and grab a Piece of Heart. Pick up your Cucco again.

Now jump off of the ledge and glide toward the platform below. At the very bottom you should find a long ledge where you will find a person, a cow and a hole.

Break the crate open and grab whatever falls out of it. Now get your bottle of bugs and stand in front of the hole. Release them on top of the hole and they should crawl into it. When this happens, a Skulltula will jump out. Here’s your chance to get another Gold Skulltula. Once done plant one of those Magic Bean seeds you have into the hole. Now while still on this ledge run all the way to the north end and jump into the water. Swim behind the waterfall to the north and in the middle you will a ladder leading up. You will find a Piece of heart.

From here jump back into the river at the bottom of the Gerudo Valley and all you have to do is follow the current of the river until it eventually takes you to Lake Hylia. When you arrive in Lake Hylia swim east and you will find an underwater door that takes you back to Zora's Domain. Make your way up and you’ll find a king is sitting. Stand on the platform in front of him and use the Letter in the bottle. The king will move, revealing the path to the next dungeon and you will also receive the empty bottle which had the Letter inside. On the right side of the room take the path up and enter the area beyond the domain.
