Death Mountain Trail
As you make your way up the trail again look for a weak area on the right side of the wall. Blast this one open and you will see a small path that leads to a Skulltula which when defeated, as usual, you get a Gold Skulltula. Climb back up toward Goron City but stop at that steep hill. You should see a sigh that says Mountain Summit, Danger Ahead - Keep Out. There will be rocks that will prevent you from going through. Just use a bomb to blast you way through. At the top of the first sloping path you will have to lift a bomb above your head and time the throw in order to explode the rock across from you. Jump over the gap and climb up further. You will come across a large rock in your path and when you destroy this rock it reveals a hole underneath. Go down this hole and you should find some Rupees, a cow, and health. Fill those two Empty Bottles with Lon Lon Milk by standing in front of the cow while playing Epona's Song on your Fairy Ocarina. (up, left, right, up, left, right). Once done leave this hole. As you go along this path everything will start to rumble and rocks will be falling from the sky. What is happening is that Death Mountain is erupting. The rocks won’t hurt you, just keep running until the end of the path. You will see a wall for you to climb. Use your Fairy Ocarina to shoot ALL the Skulltulas before climbing. Once at the top use a bomb to blast the wall on your left. Take the path into the Great Fairy's Fountain. Stand on the Triforce emblem and play Zelda's Lullaby (left, up, right, left, up, right). The Fairy of Power appears from the water and teaches you a sword technique. You can now use the magic Spin Attack. Take note that you can still perform the normal Spin Attack which does not consume magic energy by rotating the analog stick and pressing the B button. Leave and take the pass this time on the right, beside the Great Fairy Fountain. Done with the Death Mountain Trail?
